PRICES

The prices displayed on product pages in our web store include the net cost of the products as well as the statutory sales tax applicable in Germany.

SHIPPING WITHIN MEMBER COUNTRIES OF THE EUROPEAN UNION

Shipments to EU countries are handled by our trusted shipping partner, DHL.

We currently do not offer express shipping or ship outside the EU member countries. If you live outside the European Union and wish to place an order, please email us at info@alexandraslava.com. We will do our best to find a personalized solution for you.

If certain items in your order are temporarily out of stock, we reserve the right to make partial deliveries within the EU countries at no additional cost to the customer. In the event of partial deliveries requested by the customer, any additional shipping costs incurred for subsequent deliveries will be the responsibility of the customer.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs for standard delivery to EU member countries are as follows:

€6.95 (incl. VAT):** Small parcels under 2 kg with maximum dimensions of 35 x 25 x 3 cm.

€16.95 (incl. VAT):** Medium-sized parcels under 5 kg with maximum dimensions of 120 x 60 x 60 cm.

€27.95 (incl. VAT):** Larger parcels under 20 kg with maximum dimensions of 120 x 60 x 60 cm.

Exact shipping costs for your order will be displayed in your shopping cart and during checkout.

Please note: Whether the delivery can be brought to a specific location (e.g., inside the house, to a designated room, or to an installation site) depends on arrangements made directly with the delivery agent on-site. Such services are not guaranteed, and we cannot influence these decisions.

SHIPPING PROCESS

Once your order has been placed through our online store, you will receive an automatically generated email confirming that your order has been received. Our team will then verify the availability of the items and ensure the accuracy of the buyer’s information. We aim to process and prepare your order for shipment as quickly as possible.

Special Note: For orders placed between December 15, 2024, and January 15, 2025, items will be available for preorder and dispatched after January 15, 2025. Regular delivery timelines will apply thereafter unless otherwise notified by email.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us.

For in-stock items, delivery typically takes **two to five business days**. If any delays or changes occur, we will notify you promptly via email.

ON-SITE PICKUP OPTION

We are pleased to offer an on-site pickup option in Berlin for customers purchasing products from our web store. This convenient service incurs no additional fees and allows you to collect your order directly from the Berlin Sculpture Atelier on Knorrpromenade 9, 10245 Berlin.

14-DAY RIGHT OF RETURN

According to the statutory right of revocation provided to consumers under European law, we offer a 14-day return policy. This policy allows you to return goods within 14 days of receiving them without providing a reason. To meet the return deadline, the goods must be dispatched to the following address within the 14-day period:

Return Costs

Under this return policy, you are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. If the goods cannot be shipped as a standard parcel, the return shipping costs will be calculated based on, and will not exceed, the initial delivery costs.

Condition of Returned Goods

You are liable for any reduction in the value of the goods if it results from handling beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, or functionality.

Exclusions from the Return Policy

The voluntary return policy does not apply to:

• Goods made to order or clearly customized to your personal specifications.

• Items that, by their nature, have become inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.

Full Payment Required:

Full payment is required upfront for all purchases or bookings made through Berlin Sculpture Atelier.

Partial Deposits:

Partial deposits may only be accepted for in-person classes with prior written agreement from Alexandra Slava.

No Payment Plans or Installments:

Payment plans or installment options are not available for any products or services.

No Additional Fees:

No additional fees are applied based on the payment method chosen.
